Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purerevival.shop with your order number and photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
