Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional time for shipping during peak seasons.

We offer standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days (if available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability and rates shown at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and select international countries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pure Revival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. However, you may also reach out to us at Info@purerevival.shop  and we will do our best to assist you.
